Shipping & Handling
UPS shipping charge is based on total weight & destination of your order.
We do have a flat rate option if sizing permits.
$5.00 handling charge on all domestic wholesale orders
$35.00 handling charge on all oversea orders
$25.00 rush order charge on any order other then orders with soap bars
$25.00 change order charge.
Orders received can be changed if made with in the same day of order placed. The next day will be charged $25.00. If order has all ready been packed and or shipped no changes can be made. Changes will now be treated as a new order.
We will refund and cancel your order if the request is submitted to us in writing (email) or a phone call directly to me (ROBYN), within 2 hours of placing the order. After 2 hours the order is placed in the production area for filling and cannot be canceled or refunded. Orders that are not fully paid in 24 hours after an invoice is sent will be canceled. Should it become a habit for the buyer to not pay their invoices/orders, the ability to place an order in the future will be revoked.
I use USPS first class or priority mail, depending on the order. Please contact me for shipping details if you need a specific shipping deadline met. I WILL NOT REFUND FOR SHIPPING PROBLEMS. PERIOD. USPS offers shipping insurance.
For International shipping, please understand your country’s customs timing and policies, as I will do my best to get packages shipped in a timely fashion. It is not in my control if your country holds packages for days or weeks past when you expect something to arrive. I WILL NOT REFUND FOR INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING PROBLEMS. PERIOD.
Holiday shipping is crazy and USPS is overwhelmed, So if you must have it on time, order early!
Because of madness of major Holiday shipping, I recommend orders going out the final week of a Holiday
should be shipped with insurance and with delivery confirmation so that the USPS will be responsible for any damages that incurred. A report will be filed for the insurance and once the insurance is in my hands, you will be granted a refund in the case that the package was lost or damaged.
Orders of $250 or more will require Signature Confirmation upon delivery, no exceptions.
IMPORTANT NOTE ON SHIPMENTS
During check out please be sure to confirm that the shipping address you are providing is correct. Your order will be shipped to the address you provide. If you pay via a PayPal account, your order will be shipped to the address you have assigned to your PayPal account. This cannot be changed! I am not responsible for lost or undelivered orders. Incorrect or outdated addresses that you may provide at checkout.
DAMAGED
In the event of a damaged parcel during transit please retain all packing materials so you can submit a claim for damage to the USPS if you have purchased shipping insurance for your parcel. You MUST have purchased shipping insurance for us to be able to replace or reimburse a parcel that was damaged or lost in transit. PERIOD.
We must be notified of damage by email or phone within 24 hours of receipt of the package. It is your responsibility to retain the contents, including packaging for inspection and you may be required to
submit the items to a postal inspector or make them available for pickup.
