Soapery Sweet shall not be liable for any special or consequential damages that result from the use of, or the inability to use, the materials on this site or the performance of the products, even if Soapery Sweet has been advised of the possibility of such damages. Applicable law may not allow the limitation of exclusion of liability or incidental or consequential damages, so the above limitation or exclusion may not apply to you. Do not ingest. Avoid contact with eyes. If an allergic reaction or irritation should occur, immediately discontinue use and consult a physician. Please use caution when getting in and out of the tub as it may be slippery! Keep out of reach from children with out adult supervision. Do not use Soapery Sweet bath & body products if you have peanut/nut/seed allergies, other products that contained nut oils etc may have been used in the processes of making. Do not eat any Soapery Sweet products or their decorations. Products with vanilla in them may discolor to brown, it is natural and is still safe to use.
Typographical Errors
In the event that a Soapery Sweet product is mistakenly listed at an incorrect price, Soapery Sweet reserves the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for product listed at the incorrect price. Soapery Sweet reserves the right to refuse or cancel any such orders whether or not the order has been confirmed and your credit card charged. If your credit card has already been charged for the purchase and your order is cancelled, Soapery Sweet shall issue a credit to your credit card account in the amount of the incorrect price.
Cancellation
We will refund and cancel your order if the request is submitted to us in writing (email) or a phone call directly to me (ROBYN), within 2 hours of placing the order. After 2 hours the order is placed in the production area for filling and cannot be canceled or refunded. Orders that are not fully paid in 24 hours after an invoice is sent will be canceled. Should it become a habit for the buyer to not pay their invoices/orders, the ability to place an order in the future will be revoked.
